Return Policy

At Tzfasman Jewelers, we believe in 100% satisfaction. If your item for any reason, is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt for store credit. The item must be in new, unused and unaltered condition. All tags must still be attached. Custom designed and engraved items are non-returnable; however, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.

You can return items in store at our Brooklyn location for free or mail back the item with a copy of your receipt to: 383 Kingston #75 Brooklyn NY 11213. You must first request a return label, and your return must be approved. The cost of the label is $25.00:

Any purchase over $1500 receives free 2 Day shipping via the UPS. Any item under $1500.00 will cost $30 for UPS 2 Day shipping. UPS Overnight shipping will cost $55.00
